Heyyy COCO! I'm Corianne (or Coach Cor) - I post "Get Ready for the Week Ahead" videos EVERY SUNDAY! This initially began to help my COCOS (those you take my weekly workout classes) outside their workouts to help inspire and motivate them to set themselves up for success each and every week. I run LIVE workouts on Zoom every Tuesday & Thursday at 6:30PM EST and Saturday 10AM EST. All my members also have access to my On-demand library consisting of ALL the live classes! Can't make the LIVE times or prefer to workout in the morning? No problem - on-demand gives you that option as all classes are uploaded to on-demand 60-90min after they air! FIRST CLASS IS FREE!
