OPENING SOON at the corner of Vanderbilt Beach Road and Airport-Pulling Road, FOOD AND THOUGHT 2, will be the first full-service 100% organic restaurant and retail market in Southwest Florida serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Daniel Kniola will lead as General Manager, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in fine cuisine. Chef Kniola has earned notoriety throughout his career working with well-known companies like The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company in several locations across the country and The Grand Floridian at Walt Disney World Resort, where he was a recipient of The Partners in Excellence Award. He also spent the past 21 years with Stock Development Group and received the Chef of the Year award by the Local Chapter of The American Culinary Federation, Southwest Florida Chapter.
