Welcome to NOS Physique where no supplements is no problem. FYI NOS Physique ( short for No Supplementation Physique ) name actually got started about 10 years ago when I was actually taking supplements and this idea name came about when I decided that I was spending a lot of money on supplements and was going to stop taking em. Till now 9 years later ( 2018 ) I have been supplement free ( not going to get into the whole what's natural or not topic ) and decided why not let people know If they want to attain a certain body it's definitely possible with dedication and hard work. Also If I can motivate just ONE person this youtube channel has done it's job! And let me clarify i have nothing against supplements it's just my choice and that's why I'm NOS Physique!
