Ten years ago, my doctor told me I was facing blindness if I didn’t lose weight. I was 50, 5’10”, and over three hundred pounds. Calorie restriction wasn’t working, so I went for bariatric surgery. This began my journey, where I discovered Keto and, later, the carnivore way of eating.
