Hello everyone! My name is Charlsie (pronounced Charles -sea) and one of my favorite hobbies is cooking. I grew up learning how to prepare food from my artistic & creative mom. She introduced me to the magical world of seasonings and spices! Eating "better than restaurant" food was the norm at our house. Every time I pull out a skillet or stock pot, I think of her and the hours we spent creating delightful dishes together. I invite you to tune in weekly and let's cook together! I will share some of her original recipes and of course, plenty of my own. In addition to cooking, I run a successful marketing company. I am happily married to extraordinary man who certainly brings out the best in me! You are in for a treat because he is an excellent cook and a native to New Orleans!
