Woodhull health and hospital cooperation for 28 years, Very stressful job, instilling hope in people with somewhat hopeless situations, wow! I needed an escape, cooking was my escape. I would bring my co workers lunch, for some peace and laughter during a good dish of PAULIE'S Love leftovers . In 2006 I began to feel sick, dizziness and loss of appetite and was diagnosed with a pituitary brain tumor, I knew then my love for God and cooking was my only joy. Now I'm embarking on this new culinary adventure, Cooking for the world! Sharing my gift of enhancing flavors and loving what I do!!!
