What Up!!! My name is Carvelle Bruner aka. Velly_Vell3 and I am a certified NASM PES & ACE Sports Performance Specialist, I used to be extremely un-athletic!!! I was told I was too small to play Jr High and High School basketball… After High School I did some research and I was able to put on 20lbs of muscle and become very explosive. So I dedicated my life and this channel to others, my passion is to help the underdog athletes improve their stability, strength, and power through sport specific movements. I want to share what I've discovered over the past 7 years that has worked for me and my athletes and also help you guys out to become ELITE. I'm here to help with any goal you have set.
