We just rebranded to Dennis’ Backyard BBQ. We changed the name to make it easier to find. I started this channel because of a love I have for cooking. I’ve turned it into a love of smoking meats and vegetables. I developed this love because of my mom’s brother taking me under his wing when I was a youngun. He taught me to always try new foods and never turn up my nose until I had tried them. He made octopus salad as an appetizer for he and I, while he was preparing another dish. I will always admire him. He was and is my favorite uncle. My Uncle instilled in me the idea that one can make sand taste good. So, I’m dedicating this channel to my uncle Edgy, Edward J.
