Hi my name is Reece, I'm a qualified personal trainer and active online coach with 7 years of training experience. On my channel I show you how to make dieting and exercise more enjoyable along with showing you my day to day life. I also post recipe, training and vlog videos. I live in South Africa and am here to give you all some knowledge on what I have learnt so far and what I am going to learn.
