Rocky fitness is a Health and Fitness channel. Through Rocky Fitness we aim to break the myths of Health, Fitness and Bodybuilding and provide true Knowledge to people. Started By Mohammed Riyazuddin. Riyaz is a Fitness enthusiast and a health & fitness mentor. He has written many articles/blogs over a period of time which has been appreciated for its content. Riyaz is a graduate from the prestigious JNTU University & a Master of Business Administration in Project Management & a Fitness enthusiast. Graduated in 2005, he has been closely involved with Health and Fitness from Childhood. He has achieved Black Belt from Super Budokon Karate Club ( Japanese Martial Arts) & won several competitions & awards. Besides fitness enthusiast Riyaz is a Manager in a Construction Company and a regular Gym goer. Trains kids and new comers in the Gym and help them train & eat correct.
