My goal is to help people feel empowered. This channel allows me to share the techniques I'm implementing with my own training, which I call "Michelle's Methods". My methods are proven and have helped my clients have better mobility and flexibility for quality of life at any age. Many people have had bad experiences with their fitness endeavors, my approach is to help reset how they feel about exercise and bring back the joy that comes with moving the body the right way. My classes allow the body to be gently guided through movements which can be scaled for all levels with an emphasis of focus on learning you're only limited by your imagination. I’m often told the class flew by, it was fun, and they feel great.
