FitOver67 is about staying strong, active, and curious after 60 - and now, after 70! I'm not a coach or pro athlete, just a lifelong outdoor enthusiast based in northern Colorado, sharing my journey through movement, nature, and creative expression. For 25+ years, I’ve taken part in long-distance paddling races and continue training for the 340-mile Missouri River Race. My activities include paddling, rowing, biking, inline skating, and backyard fitness with kettlebells, trampoline rebounding, Indian clubs, Persian meels, and steel mace. I explore healthy aging through biohacking, micro-workouts, and recovery routines. I also create immersive videos blending outdoor footage and music for training, meditation, and relaxation. From sound healing with Tibetan bowls to meditation in motion on the water, I aim to inspire others to stay active, fit, curious, and engaged through every stage of life.
