Being a COACH is a Lifestyle! My foundational work has always been in healthcare. Drawing from many years of experience, I became a Team Beachbody coach over a decade ago. I am a certified facilitator of the vital behaviors training for coaches and our world-class nutrition programs. This allows me to combine the tenets of wellness with the core principles of the coaching business. The foundation of what I teach my clients is empowerment through balance vs. perfectionism. This creates a fully integrated realistic wellness plan for lasting lifestyle change.
