On this channel I will will be documenting my new lifestyle on the Carnivore Diet. I have battled with weight loss almost my entire adult life with successes leading to failures. Everything they have taught us about nutrition our whole lives has been a lie. I had reached over 600 pounds, spent time in a coma, flatlined three times and was intubated for months in ICU. I had a 2% chance of survival and if I actually survive, I had a 95% that I would have brain damage. I would be non functioning. I recovered but I had to learn how to walk again, talk again and even to write my own name again. Months of physiotherapy and bed ridden at home unable to work or live. Miraculously, here I am to tell my story and share my journey along the path to recovery. I have found the key to good health and now know what the Proper Human Diet looks like. In my videos I will share the story, the journey, my successes and failures and cool recipes and methods to regaining total health & vitality again.
