Hello, My name is Ignacio. I am 50 years old and I have had some physical set backs since the age of 24 (1994). At this age I fell 25' off of a building and was flown to shock trauma. I suffered brain injury, back, hip and broken left arm. I was given 100% disability and told I would never be able to work again. At the age of 24, that is hard to take in after being physically active in both work and recreation. I refused to accept the disability as I believe that disability is in the mind. Not saying that there are some disabilities that definitely warrant it but I did not accept it as in my case. Since, I have had some surgeries: Laminectomy of my back in 1997 Left shoulder bone spur, labrum tear and rotary cuff surgery in November 2017 Right shoulder bone spur, labrum tear and rotary cuff surgery in January 2019 Please subscribe and follow along with me on my journey to getting fit after overcoming physical challenges at the age of 50.
