For the last 30 years, IMPACT FOUNDATION has been organizing IMPACT (A 3 day Soft Skills Training Programme for Students and Unemployed Youth). Training is provided by eminent trainers in very diverse subject areas like Communication Skills, Effective Decision Making, Interview Techniques, Human Relations, Leadership, Goal Setting, Time Mgmt, Team Building, Effective Public Speaking, Stress Management etc. In all these years, this program has benefited over 50,000 young citizens, who are studying or pursuing career opportunities. These young people have benefited immensely and achieved success in their profession This Program Is Being Organised With An Objective To Impart Quality Training On Skills Of Prime Importance In Today’s Scenario I.e. On Soft Skills To The Youth,in Particular To The Students And Unemployed Young People, That Will Empower Them To Face The Needs Of The Modern Employment Sector Effectively And Thereby Emerge As Winners In The Society."
