Hi my name is Reiko. Welcome to everyone who is interested and Japanese Food and it's a great pleasure to have you on my channel and interested in the benefits of healthy eating. I was born in Japan where my mother was a very good, traditional Japanese "cook". My passion for our healthy Japanese food has since become an obsession for me, my two daughters and my Australian husband. I have lived in the UK for the last 30 years but have never lost my love for Japan, it's unique way of life, it's wonderful scenery, it's on-sen obsession and of course it's yummy yummy food. My career keeps me in contact with Japanese colleagues and students daily and food is always on our agenda, it's a very important part of all our lives.
