I grew up around cooking and entertaining. My parents opened a restaurant in Newport RI named Le Bistro and owned it for 15 years, so I learned what it means to get creative with ingredients, prepare them well, and serve them with ceremony. I love entertaining and making people happy, and serving really good food is a huge part of that. I've found that a lot of people don't realize how easy it can be to make amazing food - which was the inspiration behind Cookin With The Dude
