I've created this channel to let the average guys out there that need a litlle help, get that help. I myself am not a trained chef, nor have i ever taken classes. I simply like cooking, and i seem to do it well, so i figured I'd share it. The main focus as far as I'm concerned,if I can help one guy, or girl, impress someone worth impressing, or just enjoy something new that they can make at home with basic ingredients, in a setting, with the average tools a typical household would have. I will make sure to add plenty of desserts, as well as dinners, snacks, and maybe even appetizers. Enjoy, and have some fun.
