Benvenuti! Welcome! I’m proud and happy to say I've been teaching Italian since 2002. I received my degree from Indiana University and L’ Università di Bologna in Bologna, Italy. I'm located in the United States so I teach in the universal language (English) and we'll speak more Italian in each lesson as you learn more Italian. As an adult learner you'll have questions and I'll have the answers. I’ve developed a curriculum that begins with a solid foundation of basic language skills and continues with a logical progression that allows each lesson to build upon your ability to speak Italian. Naturally, you’ll also learn about Italian culture and this will help you understand the customs and traditions of Italy. Private lessons are not one size fits all. I tailor the lessons to fit YOU so we can reach YOUR goals whether that be vacation preparation, a level of fluency or simply to reconnect with your Italian heritage.
