This channel is dedicated to the videos that are promoting our online fitness studio, Fit Anywhere LLC. This online fitness studio has classes geared towards fitness development as well as mental health improvement. We currently offer the following group classes: TRX Fit Circuit, TRX Yoga and Stretch, Meditation, Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa Power Flow Yoga, and Pilates Mat. We make efforts to bring a social atmosphere to our live streaming classes. Most live classes feature music and students can have audio and/or video turned on or off as they like. We keep a recorded version of most of our classes so that our members can view these classes at any time in the future. The videos that we post on YouTube are meant to advertise our classes and instructors, as well as compliment our classes with introductory lessons and lecture material.
