Life coach Personal trainer Health & wellbeing advocate Hey I’m Alex, I was diagnosed with remitting relapsing Multiple Sclerosis in 2017. A year later I lost the ability to stand on my own two feet. I understand it may be hard to fathom because I display the total opposite but this is the result of dedication, hard work and sacrifice. Through my journey I’ve learned how to walk again and now I’m a personal trainer helping others to help themselves. Follow my journey of dealing with the daily battles of multiple sclerosis.
