VegasFitness1 features Debra Stefan Fitness & Biking Retreat events, AKA "Live-in Weight Loss Camp," located in the Las Vegas-Henderson area of Southern Nevada. Weight loss vacations include personal training, biking, and nutrition services in a private fitness residence. Formerly termed adult fat camps, or fat farms, popularized by the "Biggest Loser" TV series, Debra's program is unique from other adult weight loss camps. The private residence is not open to the public. Debra Stefan is solely independent and is not associated with any other locations. Debra says, "I've gained some prestige for making videos about my morbidly obese weight loss camps, senior health retreat, and bicycle fitness. I also make highlight videos about Neighborhood Events that I conceive and organize for my private community. My personal life dovetails with the live-in residential fitness retreat. So clients may appreciate knowing more about who I am and how I care. Essentially, I care about people."
