Metro Fitness was established as a private personal training "boutique" studio called "Personal Fitness" in 1995. This Club has evolved from a 2000sq/ft private studio to a dual location health club still very much grounded in personal training services. Our clubs also offer services such as pilates reformer training, body transformation challenges and weight loss solutions, physical therapy, group fitness, yoga, spinning, bootcamps, Zumba classes, LesMills classes, mat pilates, functional training, mental health and nutritional coaching.
