Hi everyone and thanks for stopping by :) My name is Letitia (Leticia) Montana. I am a freedom-loving Canadian living in beautiful Playa del Carmen, Mexico since Sept. 2020. Prior to moving to Mexico, I worked as an insurance and investment advisor in Ontario, Canada, where I also had some experience with real estate investing. Now living in Playa del Carmen, I help people with their real estate needs (purchases, sales and rentals.) Initially on this channel, I was hosting a weekly webinar series called Money Matters, where I interviewed experts in the fields of personal finance, traditional and alt. investing, real estate investing, cryptocurrency, precious metals investing & more. Moving forward, the focus of this channel will be primarily on #playadelcarmen and #rivieramaya real estate, as well as vlogs about my life here.
