Hi and welcome to my channel! My name is Rita, I am a Barre Instructor living in New Zealand but originally from Eastern Europe. I am a mum of two and looking after women of all levels and backgrounds has become one of my biggest passions. I am also trained in pre and post natal fitness so every now and then there will be a video just with that focus. I will be adding two bite size videos a week that you can mix and match to your liking to fit in your busy life ;) Can't wait to barre with You all, and remember, it's not about how it looks, but how it feels!
