My name is Quentin McNew and this channel primarily is for real estate investing and creating passive income, so you can retire sooner. I did my Bachelor and Masters degree at the University of Illinois, while also completing Army ROTC. I have acquired 49 properties and 60 units in the last two years spread out in the midwest.
