Chuck served as a police officer for 15 years. Finding it difficult to support a family of six on his salary he began researching real estate. Chuck knew real estate would work with the right system. He started writing his own personal system by documenting what worked & why and what didn't work & why not. Chuck began flipping property’s part time & his first year earned $150,000. His second year $220,000. Chuck then earned $500,000 all cash while still working full time. He then decided to retire early. By this time, he produced a step-by-step foolproof manual & was asked to speak at the largest real estate expo, The Learning Annex. According to Program Director, Steve Sragus, Chuck was the highest paid non-Celebrity at $200,000. He shared the stage with Donald Trump, Tony Robbins, & Suze Orman to name a few. He began teaching his system & created thousands of successful students. Chuck also began personal coaching taught 1 on 1 by him. He still does personal coaching to this day.
