Established on 22 June 1922, we became a member firm of the Price Waterhouse Worldwide Organization in 1973. On 1 July 1998, the merger of two venerable firms—PriceWaterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand—created PwC. Affiliate member firms are PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting Services Philippines Co. Ltd.
