St. Andrew’s Episcopal School is an independent, coeducational, preparatory day school in Jackson and Ridgeland, Mississippi, serving students in pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade. St. Andrew’s strives to enroll students of good character who give evidence of being able to benefit from a challenging learning experience. More than 1,200 students of diverse ethnic, cultural, religious, and economic backgrounds currently attend St. Andrew’s. The School’s academic goal is to provide its students with an education as good as that offered by the best independent schools in the nation. Typically, 100 percent of St. Andrew’s graduates attend four-year colleges and universities. The School’s mission is: “To nurture a diverse community in the Episcopal tradition, fostering spiritual growth, moral responsibility, academic excellence, and artistic and athletic pursuits, while preparing for a life of service to our community and the world.”
