Let's go sling some DDDDDDD!! Trent Pendergast a 50 year old learning how to play disc golf (4 years in). Fun unscripted videos, all made and edited through my iPhone. I'm here to grow disc golf and help others learn along with me. 24 years as a baseball coach (High School and College), 16 years strength training baseball players (High School) former personal trainer, with a masters in Kinesiology, brings lots of coaching experience and humor (hopefully) to help everyone improve.
