Hello everyone! Welcome to Simple Cooking By Phia. I created this channel to honor my parents. I lost but of them a year ago. Through my cooking I feel connected with them. I used to be my dad assistant every time he has to cater. With my mom I love sharing my new recipe with her and she will gave my suggestions. My mom and I had something in common when it comes to food. Were very adventurous when it comes to food, but dislike complicated recipes. We believed that good food is simple and easy. It doesn't need a complicated recipe to make good food. My parents always say "always cook with your heart and your food will always be delicious". I understand how hectic life can be, so my recipes are simple, easy , affordable but delicious. We don't need to break a bank to have good meal. So I'm here to help you bring good meal to your table.
