Hello, I'm Dan and my channel is about helping you overcome the obstacles to real estate investing, so you can enjoy the benefits of passive income. In particular, I focus on the most effective method I've found in my 20 year investing career, which is Rent 2 Own. I spent 22 years in the active duty Air Force and have used strategies such as flipping, renting Single Families, Duplexes, Multi-family, but it was not until I applied Rent 2 own strategies that my investing took off. Within 2 years at age 32, we were millionaires, and permanently retired at age 43 with $385K/yr passive income. Since working on my business full time, these strategies have added an addition $160K/yr passive income, and 1.5M more to our net worth. I'm so excited to teach and mentor others about Rent 2 Own.
