About

This channel describes runs or trail runs you can do from Manhattan or New York City. Some are on road, some are on trails, but there is a goal to look for the unusual and the unexpected. We try to use public transit to get to courses whenever possible. The goal is not performance, as you can see by the very slow pace in the Strava links, but on discovery and wonder.
