The University of Northern Colorado Cancer Rehabilitation Institute is committed to the advancement of quality of life for cancer survivors during and following treatment through prescriptive exercise rehabilitation and nutritional intervention. This channel features a wide variety of exercises specific to the cancer patient including: upper body, lower body, core, stretching, and balance exercises. In the playlist section you will find these exercises grouped by type as well as groups of exercises you can put together to make a workout. All of these exercises can be done with your own bodyweight or minimal free weights or resistance bands.
