Hello and welcome to The Property Noobs channel. My name is Ryan and I'll be the main host of the channel however, I hope to be joined by my brother and future investment partner Rhys. The channel has been primarily made to allow you to join us on our property investment journey from the start. We will be forming a limited company and will create videos to illustrate what the steps are and any problems we encounter along the way. Hopefully, we will be able to teach you about forming a company, finding good property investment deals, refurbishing a house, refinancing the property and then letting it out. The aim is to allow you to be part of our journey, join us during our highs and also the inevitable stumbles. This should allow you to decide if property investment is for you and should also mean you're a little more prepared for the road ahead.
