Sue & Steve, we, discuss issues that arise as we age. Making a conscious decision to age joyfully, we look at life's events in a positive manner and discuss how we deal with every day experiences from maintaining good health, including mental health, changes in diet & exercise, cooking, retirement, money, decorating, lawn & gardening, organization, family, and our dogs, Sierra, and our visiting dog Ava. New videos will be released weekly on Saturdays, and Tuesdays. Bonus videos will be randomly shared. Shorts are attempted to be made daily as viewers are pressed for time which limits their ability to watch longer videos. Shorts offer a glimpse into our channel.
