I wanted to lose my weight and tried various weight loss methods. I took various supplements and bought diet products to try to lose weight. However, all of them failed. As a result, I lost 20 pounds (10 kg) in six months. What I learned from this experience was that exercise, diet, and sleep are the three things that are necessary to build a healthy body. I try to include lots of vegetables, meat, and vegetable oil in my soups and salads. I studied the ketogenic method and it worked very well for me.
