CrossFit Expressions is a gym where people come and express themselves through challengeing physical task to reach a higher level of fitness. Its a place where everyone is welcome, we are not just elite athletes or body builders, we are moms, dads, office workers, grandparents, teachers, students, police, nurses, we are a diverse crowd of many abilities. We train people of all ages (14+) and physical abilities. Just stop in and talk to one of our trainers. We will be happy to answer any questions. For those who are not familiar with Olympic-style weight lifting and how to properly perform the exercises, we have a series of on-boarding classes.
