I invest in companies I understand, and I want to own. Do I want to own this business? Is this a good industry to invest in? Is company is operated and performing well? 2. I invest in good balance sheets. Is debt less than 3X EBITDA? 3. I want a discount on the stock price. 4. Decide to buy, hold or sell this stock today.
