Hi and welcome to my YT Channel! I am Ali Cody. This channel has been used for sharing wrestling videos of my boys over the past few years, and before that was used mainly for my Avocado Ali Nutrition Business. Like me, this channel is constantly changing and evolving to get the best out of the current life situation. I hope to encourage you to do the same and to be physically, spiritually, and emotionally healthy. My boys are now in college and I am once again able to focus on my Holistic Nutritionist Business.
