Hi Friends! The purpose of this channel is to document my growth with food prep, gardening, and preserving of food. So pretty much all things FOOD! I also enjoy Holistic Health as well - using natural medicine for my family. My family (husband and two teenagers) and I live in Central Illinois. We live on a small property (1 acre). We have 27 chickens, bees, 2 huskies, and 3 cats. By day I am a chemical engineer and by night I am Mama who wants to feed her children the most nutrient dense food as possible. We try to make all our food from scratch and as close to the way that God made it. I love trying new recipes and sharing them with you.
