Chris started the Go Primal Lifestyle & Fitness brand in 2020. Like millions of others, he struggled with obesity. He was someone who was extremely over weight, suffered from sever panic attacks, depression, and alcoholism. He struggled, wanted to give up and throw in the towel many times throughout his life, but his primal instincts kicked in and gave him renewed strength and energy. He realized he could either sink or swim. He chose to swim. He kept on fighting and persevered in his battle with weight loss by shredding over 100 lbs and getting his life back! GO PRIMAL is the result of his inner battles and a way to give back to others experiencing their own struggles and are ready to get up off the couch and into an active and healthy lifestyle! Through his content the goal is to inspire, motivate, and remind people to find their courage within and change their life for the better! If he can do it, I know you can too.
