Hello my name is Christopher Kadima, I'm a certified personal trainer and online coach from France based in LA. I started coaching in 2015 in Nyc. During my career I've had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients including NBA athletes such as Rudy Gobert, world renowned artists such as Gwen Stefani, Neflix "Lupin" star Soufiane Guerrab and Victoria Secret's super model Karlie Kloss. I've also worked with many successful businessmen / women. I focus on helping busy working women and moms to transform their body, improve their mobility and make better food choices without jeopardizing their busy lifestyle. I'm also an athlete, I do marathons, Ironman, Spartans and Ultramarathons. I've completed two UTMB 100 miles ultras and 2 Ironman so far.
