Hi and welcome to my channel! After a longer hiatus there are going to be more regular uploads again. The channel will be renamed from "120spm" to "The Unwalled Gym". All videos are going to have music on the main audio track from now on. But on many videos there'll be the English (United Kingdom) audiotrack with only ambient sound available as well, if you want to listen to your own music or none at all. The goal stays the same. It is to provide relaxing and unintrusive entertainment during training sessions. Steady state cardio or interval workouts, you chose what's most fun for you on your treadmill, elliptical or walking pad.
