Hello , I’m Kate and my husband is Richard & we have found a new lease of life since we embraced a healthier lifestyle. I amazed myself later in life & lost over 10 st in weight & I continue to chase my goal of keeping my mind & body healthy as I can . This is our channel on YouTube to share my journey the tips and tricks I’ve used & talk about my new lighter life & lifestyle I’ve found . Also sharing my adventures with my husband, Richard , that we now enjoy after gaining new lease of life !
