Iya, I'm Josh from Wales and I am a personal trainer/online coach. I make video's about fitness, nutrition and travel and focus on promoting a flexible lifestyle where you can enjoy fitness without sacrificing other parts of your life that you love. I am currently travelling full time through Southeast Asia with my girlfriend Ceri and we are making regular travel vlogs! My goal is to improve the lives of as many people as I can through fitness, nutrition and travel!
