Welcome to Teby Styles where I make lifestyle content for women 30 years plus. Life comes at you fast, and sometimes it helps to hear and see the experiences of others to help you along the way. We've all heard that it's all downhill once you turn 30. What if you start to believe different? What if you begin to believe that you can begin to live your best life at any age. Life is only over when there is no longer any breath in your body. Here at Teby Styles I hope to share my journey of growing older and Life Discovery in my 30s.
