Welcome to my channel! My name is Sammy Jo Tracy and I am from Bedford, New York. Lacrosse has run in my family and has been a passion of mine as long as I can remember. I committed to the University of North Carolina as a rising junior in hopes of winning North Carolina their first ever National Championship. My team and I ended up winning not one, but two NCAA championships in 2013 and 2016. I am a 2x All-American, 3x All-ACC, IL First Team All American Draw Specialist and lucky to have set and broke every draw record at UNC. My passion for the sport and for teaching clinics across the country has led me to launch the Draw Control Academy, where I hope to continue to educate and inspire each and every player.
