My Natural hair journey started in January of 2011, that was the day I decided I no longer wanted to alter my hair by using chemicals/relaxers. I learned so much about myself and my hair since then. I decided to big chop 10 months into my journey, in October of 2011 and have not looked back since. The natural hair journey has been one of the most liberating journeys I have been on. It has shown to me to love myself and embrace how The Most High has made me. It has also shown me that my hair is beautiful no matter what society’s standards of beauty is. The texture, the curl, the fullness, it it beautiful. I often get asked questions about my Natural hair so here I am to answer. All opinions on my channel are made based on my own experience.
